We accept the follow insurances: Tricare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Medicare, NC Healthchoice, Military One Source.
Copays are expected at time of service. To find out if you have a co-pay or if Mental Health Services are covered by your insurance, call the number listed on your card.
Tricare dependents DO NOT need a referral or prior authorization. Simply call our office to set up your appointment.
Active Duty Service Members- at this time, Ft. Bragg is not authorizing off base mental health care. You have two options:
1) Call Military One Source 24/7 at 1-800-342-9647, complete their phone assessment and request Joanna Nunez. MOS is for 12 free non medical sessions. "Medical" means a diagnosis. This is more short term, solution focused therapy. They will not authorize the sessions if you are suicidal/homicidal, involved in an active FAP case, or have an open legal issue.
2) Self Pay
